Shattered Mountain Faction Mission Turn In Bug

• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: My inn recall is on cooldown and I’m not spending the azoth but when tracking the problem missions I have completed all the steps to complete the mission, the tracked quest marker/info turns green, the quest in the journal turns green, I get the green turn-in marker on the map at Shattered Mountain outpost, I speak to the faction representative and the quest still shows as in progress.
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I completed a hunt mission in SM and was unable to turn it in so I abandoned it and accepted a second quest in SM that I was also unable to turn in once completed. I later completed 2 missions in Ebonscale Reach with no issues turning in.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: It’s always been like this, but since the last patch there is no “claim all” button on the faction NPC’s menu so i cannot turn my completed quests in.

I too am experiencing this issue, have been unable to turn in my Shattered Mountain Syndicate faction PvE quests for several days.

  I have completed Faction Missions in Shattered Mountains but I can not turn them in to the Covenant NPC. The quests seem like uncompleted when I talk to the NPC.
  I tried to abandon the quests once and completed them again but it did not help.
  This bug only happens in Shattered Mountains. I ran into this situation few days ago.

I found a solution… or kinda…
The bug disappeared when I changed faction from Covenant to Marauder.
Now the Marauder NPC in Mountainhome is happy to accept my completed faction missions.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Only once. I started playing New World on a new computer - same installation though (I moved the hard drive). After that I was able to turn in my old quests. My new quests are not returnable now, still playing on the new machine.

Not sure if this is the correct thread, I found so many about this topic…
Still I wanted to share, that it’s not fixed for me, yet.

See possible work around: Possible Solution: can’t complete/turn in faction missions

1. Abandon all faction missions
2. Take one - and only one - faction mission
3. Complete it and go back to your faction representative
4. You should now be able to turn that one mission in
5. Once that’s done taking and completing faction missions works as intended

This worked for me. Was unable to turn-in missions. Abandoning and re-completing did not work. The above method worked.
