Shield Watermark undoubtedly bugged at 510

Possibly… but also, I see shields drop for me maybe 1 out of a 100 weapon drops

My shield is at its lowest as well at 518 compared to all my other weapons. I’m not sure why the shield watermark is so much slower than the rest, but mines was stuck at 511 for quite some time until last night.

I get about 3-4 shield drops a day between chest, dungeons, and outpost rush. No watermark increase in at least 4 weeks possibly longer.
