Shop Set: Might of the Sands, where's my skirt?

I bought the store set might of the sands. On all pictures on your instagram account it should have a skirt, but it is not shown in the game. Currently it looks very funny when it is missing, because the top is completely cut off. I have had the bug confirmed by other players. Is the bug known and will it be fixed?
