20 minutes is too short. Yes, I know there are que times and people are waiting to play but I waited through the que time, as well. Now I will have to wait through another que time if I take too long going downstairs to get a snack, or let the dog in/out, or use the restroom and then come back upstairs. I’m not running my character into walls or using any exploit to stay in game. I don’t go afk for long stretches of time. But I’m not as young as I used to be and these old knees can’t sprint up the stairs anymore so 20 mins just doesn’t cut it sometimes. 
Please reconsider.
