I just took a month and a half break and looking at the forums and playing a round of OPR nothing seems to have been fixed. There seems to be no real effort in fixing PvP content. Maybe, I am missing something. Is there any major changes coming or should I come look back in three months?

Yea some balance patch should show up on ptr in ±2 weeks

yeah, i’d guess they release balance patch on live mid/late march, as it’s going to be 2-4 weeks on the PTR i guess.
so when you left bc the game isn’t enjoyable anymore, you need to wait at least until then.

Haha, wait, they have another MMO on it’s way? They literally could of balanced OPR and created a couple different game modes that would keep a big active base. This game man
I mean they stopped working on this game pretty much right after release. They probably had a handful grp of people designated to finish Brimstones and that’s pretty much it
So yea I also belive they could’ve cashed in a lot with NW. But if you consider how NW was handled it was rather a test of how far they can push things and people would still remain on a abandoned project
And yea they started approx 5months after release openly looking for ppl for another mmo project
The premature release of the game made them live months of nightmare and they continue to suffer the consequences.
However, many people had warned them… 
Amazon games is not new world studios or something they can make and maintain multiple games at once. They have also published lost ark and will be publishing blue protocol this year. This does not affect new world as a game at all

Combat fixes, balances and an overhaul of the combat system are expected to be on the ptr within 9 days’ time, expect them to be live a few weeks after they are on the PTR.
