Its not bis bis, for a healer you dont need much out of an ig other than unending thaw and maybe keen speed.
the unending thaw effect just doesnt work, if u sheet the weapon ( shouldn’t atleast.)

Yeah also realistically, i use rapier more. IG was more arenas and before leaping strike nerf.
what are BIS items?
Would prefer vicious over vorpal (vicious now works on headshots), but it’s technically higher burst damage this way. Also enchanted would be another great alternative.
Ice atunement with have been a flavorful win, but nature is technically just better on a musket until arcane attunement is released.
Keenly Jagged is insane and underrated on a musket and a must have for any BIS musket. It’s great because the reality is that you are not going to be hitting all of your shots, which keenly empowered or empowering shooting stance require you to do to outperform. They are only are active for limited periods of time as well, while you can pretty much keep jagged up constantly. It lets you see your target’s health bar if they try and hide afterwards (same with powderburn). It also protects your powder burn DOT as it can be removed instead (powderburn is much more damage) if they have the means. Crippling Powderburn on the weapon could be an alternative depending on what you are doing, but otherwise Keenly Jagged all the way.
Not a huge fan of empowering shooters stance as you can still get it on your armor. Depending on your build it’s actually wasted as you hit empowerment cap anyways and the extra isn’t helpful. Also it is situational and only while you are in shooters stance. Still very good but my explanation.
Finally “of the assassin” would have been more BIS than trickster for me haha. Still. It’s my baby.

a 200hp tick per second is BIS? I don’t agree there are much better options for burst damage
Definitely, which can be an additional 1k-2k damage over the course of the duration. It protects your powder burn from being removed. It gives you essentially mini wall hacks because your can see the continuous damage ticks/healthbar. It’s pretty insane, but I think people really dismiss it too easily without really doing the deep dive. Again there are definitely plenty of other good combinations, no doubt about that.
