Shrouded Intent Quest Cannot Be Completed

  Unable to Complete the Shrouded Intent quest

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  Quest is unable to be completed due to the fact previous quest rewards (Shrouded Intent gear - hat) was accidently salvaged. The final quest with Shillie Duffy in Cutlass Keys cannot be turned in. The quest remains in the quest log unable to be completed or abandoned.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  There is multiple bug reports for this issue. The issue remains unsolved. Please either allow the quest line to be abandoned and restarted OR a way to recover the lost items from the original quest giver.

This Bug Report is WITHDRAWN. If you drop/salvage the blue item version of shrouded intent armor, then when you reach higher levels a purple version is available via quest for your missing pieces. The quest will be automatically added to your journal. This purple items version is what you normally get when from you complete the actual quest (as it lets you convert your blue items to purple items via crafting station).

In summary for those who search for this information… Wait until higher level and quest for the purple version of your missing pieces. You will still get a purple reward from the quest (quest is harder due to high level with a better reward). If you have the blue version… hang on to it and the quest reward lets you upgrade at a crafting station.
