- Describe the issue you are experiencing: When specifying the the siege time, the governor is CST. When attempting to set the siege window, it shifted off by an hour, and set the window to 11 PM instead of 10 EST.
When we reviewed the UI, we noticed that it showed a 11 PM EST window at 10 PM according to the indicators. Moving it reset it to 10 PM EST.

- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: In a sense. Our siege window now overlaps incorrectly with other companies.
