I think it would be a smart idea to change the way your “war is active” feature is decided. An attacking war has no relation to the attacking companies siege window and should not be correlated to the ability to change your window. If a company that has not previously owned a territory gets a dec and then wins a war during this time, they will be unable to change their window until the attack has resolved. If that territory gets pushed before the attacking war is resolved they will be forced into a 4:00pm war which is the default siege window.

it makes no sense that an ATTACKING war would lock you from changing your own siege window. attacking wars are entirely dependent on the defending company’s siege window and changing your own window will have NO EFFECT ON IT WHATSOEVER.
