Since the latest patch i keep getting this error


i have tried a lot of things like checking the internet or revalidating the game or deleting the game and redownloading it

also 3 of my friends we live in Jordan tried to use a VPN also didn’t work

i used to get same problem in Italy. VPN helped me.

vpn didnt work for us people told us its all about internet and that my internet is bad but look

why we dont have live chat support ? blizzard has it and it is the only good thing about the company x,x

i did all of that already and i made like 5 tickets didn’t hear from you guys i bought this game since beta 1 and i have been playing it ever since.

i had starting getting this only from the summer medley update oddly enough only on my 4g mobile broadband connection, been using it for 14 months no issues then this update happened if i retry 15-20 times i eventually get in unless its a big patch or server restart then it cane take 20-30 mins to let me in

also do you get the error message when it trys to log you in

" you account is allready in session "? and puts you back to the character screen

doesn’t affect 3g or 5g just 4g for some reason so i used 3 different networks in the UK and same issue when i relayed this to amazon customer services i heard nothing back after 18 days so i just let it go "AGS " awful gaming services customer support and tech support is just pure awful never seen such a Big company with such shitty agents
