For some Reason, Singed does 9 dmg more per Tick ( aint much ik ) still something isnt working properly ( got a Fire Dmg Ring, but that isnt the difference )
Singed Burns for 121 per sec while Watch it Burn ticks for 112 per sec.
410 Int used, no Honing Stone, no Runeglass.
Bump, after buff still Buggy, now more dmg Diff ( due to more base Dmg of FS )
