Single stat weapons are at a major disadvantage to dual stat weapons when it comes to maxing out the damage, when a single stat weapon gets above 300 it hardly goes up, but a dual stat can put points into their secondary stat and increase the damage drastically, this needs some looking into
Sure, then use a dual stat weapon.
Great response, now leave
The Difference is ~20 Skillpoints if you can split for example 300Dex/200Str vs 500 Int. That is not much, but there is a difference.
If you don’t play glass cannon, that is not really a problem.
Firestaff:
Scales With:
INT 100%
Spear:
Scales With:
DEX 90%, STR 65%
| Points Range | % Increase |
|---|---|
| 6-100 | +1.625% |
| 101-150 | +1.3% |
| 151-200 | +1.17% |
| 201-250 | +1.04% |
| 251-300 | +0.91% |
| 301+ | +0.78% |
I’d much rather take someone in my group with 300 INT and 200 CON than someone with 300 DEX and 200 STR. Dead party members don’t do damage.
What stats you have does not matter.
How often you die, how much you contribute does.
He can have 500 con and keeps dieing or 5 con and never die.
It’s about self awareness.
Not everyone is Elon musk or Bill gates
…at the cost of con. Why didn’t you mention that?
Also just rename this post spear/hatchet vs (whatever mage weapons you use)
We all know that’s why you wrote this by now ![]()
Very true but there is something to be said about having a safety net.
