New World PvP - Twitch - What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
You choose a skill point to get 3S of haste for doing a dodge roll while musket is in hand. Once you eat a Zephyr Cake, it goes down to 1S, or basically useless because 1S is about the time it takes to animation cancel.
It should be 3S of speed increase.
I have raced a bow user and they can outrun me hands down no issues with their speed increase so it hasnt affected anyone but musket.
This came into effect around the same time as the ridiculous Void Gauntlet came out.
