I have been using premium skins on weapons and armor almost all the time. I took all my armor and weapon skins off and today it doesn’t stutter or crash at all. In fact I have a huge performance increase! One in particular I use on my ice gauntlet is named Jack Frost Mitts. It has a different sprite for the Ice it looks more round like a snowball.
I use it on world tour to fight Lost in Reek Water Elite areas. Also I almost always have jittery stutters in that zone. I have even had the screen freeze and or crash in the past. When I removed the Ice gauntlet skin it did not crash or stutter at all. It was much smoother!
I have a feeling some of the custom skins are broken and are actually causing the stuttering to happen. This is only from my experience. I will not be using any Premium skins on armor or weapons for the next week. It’s working better for me and runs more smoothly.
I wonder if other people who are using skins have the same issue. I have about 4 sets of armor skins and 5-6 weapon skins. I would normally mix and match sets. If this resolves the problem for me I will follow up on this post.
