I imagine there’s probably been discussions on this before… but why can we not choose to wear a skin from armour that we have previously owned? In other MMOs, once you equip a piece of armour, you unlock that style/skin forever. Meaning even if you equip another piece of gear, you can still choose the skin you had from the previous gear you had equipped.
There is such a huge desire amongst many players to have the ability to choose their skins more freely. It also opens up the opportunities for farming as people may end up farming pieces of gear that they wouldn’t otherwise farm - simply for styles.
I understand people have asked to be able to customise armour, but I appreciate this may be something that happens in the long term future. I do however believe that in the near future, we should simply be able to choose skins from any gear we have previously equipped minus the customisation. This should have been implemented from day one.
Right now my character looks hideous due to the fact none of the armour is from the same set…
