- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Pick up the ‘Skull with Fancy Hat’ and try to place it in a house. Always results in a negative score.

In the images below, you can see the location the item is being placed in is considered valid, as far as the game is concerned, with a green outline. However, as soon as it’s placed, a negative value is applied to the decoration score. When the item is removed, the score increases.
Haven’t run across this (yet) with any other item, which leads me to think this is a bug, rather than intended behavior for this decoration.
