The perk can roll on gear randomly, its just that the craft mod for the perk doesnt exist
But it does exists or I wouldn’t of been able to buy the craft mod off the TP.
Are you able to show any prof? There are people claiming it exists but i have not found a single prof yet.
other then taking my word for it that i bought one off the trading post i didnt take a sreenshot before i rolled it onto a ring.
Not seen the sliver either and I have kept every single mod I have found since game launch.
You buy chunk of consecrated iron from the faction vendor. 3k tokens.
Sliver is very rare, occasionally one appears on our trading post
someone today posted one in global i talked to him and he ended up not knowing where he got it, but personally ive tried killing the two guys that actually have it on their table in ww, the one in firstlight and the one in cutlass keys at the top of the tower, ive tried killing joane the faithless in weavers as she has it on her drop table too, i even tried something one site said that lifebloom and lifejewel drop it and did that with max luck gear still nothing, im going now to try the pirate guy in the center of restless, as he also has it on his drop table. Additionally I should mention I’ve attempted many runs of SS and never gotten it

I think the OP marked it as fixed because they finally saw 2 on the trading post. The rarity of it over all has not been fixed. There is no way to know how the seller got them, mob drop or chest drop or quest reward.
Unfortunately because the op marked this as fixed I think it is now being ignored, even though the problem is not actually fixed with the drop rate, just that the op finally saw 1.

So… I received multiple ones during Launch. The drop rate was insanely nerfed or bugged sometime in between then and now. If you see them in the TP it’s likely people just had them and never used them. There’s probably a lot of accounts, that aren’t currently playing, that have these mods if they played since Launch.
Besides that… it’s confirmed that Jewelcrafting Aptitude chests drop them. They’re going 15-30k per on my server atm due to the extreme rarity. I have not heard of anyone, recently, getting one from Ancients. I have heard rumors that the Christmas event Yetis drop them.
After 500 kills of an named skelet still no item!
Before the december update … every 25 - 40 kill there was a drop.
Must be bugged … please fix it …
I had one to drop in BW cemetery after farming the bosses for about 3 hours straight 2 weeks back. Sorry I never screenshot it dropping though.
Run Starstone Expedition, I’ve had one drop from me every few runs. Seems to be the best spot to get it from mobs within that expedition.
