Slow debuff is totally useless or do not work at all.
Expecially ultimate from the bow Knee shot. Target even will note be tonned down and can not be catched from the behind by teammate.
Slow from the spear (or sword) has no noticable effect aswell, expecially in case that target can not sprint after melee damage…and when he can sprint no slow effect remains…
Fix it please, fix Spear slow and Bow slow. Archer skeletons has nice slow on arrows…Even in Conan Exiles knee shot(cripple) is noticable and effective!
