Slows should affect the distance of dashes

Abilities which apply a slow in PvP should reduce the distance the person travels with a dashing ability. Rapier Fleche, Fire Staff Burnout, etc.

We’re in an evasive/kiting meta right now. Would be nice to see a change like this to combat the run-around-and-don’t-get-hit builds.

Just add a 10s Root to every Melee Swing so you can just left-click people to death after you connected once.

Seriously though, people need to stop asking to get everything handed to them on a silver platter. If we got all the nerfs to movement and stamina that people are asking for these days, New World’s Combat might aswell be turn based.
