How can we contact the Governor of Fever Dreams in Windsward on NE Macaria server? Our Smelter is just sitting at Tier 3 like forever and everything gets upgraded. I look in the Town Hall Table and there is no way to upgrade

All you can really do is post in the help chats try to find a guild member of them and ask them the leaders time he is on and username then dm him
