Smelting Chests NO LOOT

I opened a slew of chests this morning and received items from them but at 9:49pm this evening I opened 2 or 3 boxes and got nothing. ETA on a fix?

I have a similar problem.

I opened a chain of boxes and then I hit a box that could not be opened.

I’m very sorry about the issue with the box you have opened and got nothing from them.

Please can you try first to check the game file integrity with this steps and confirm if you have the loot from the box.

Once you do it if you still have the issue, I recommend to you to contact live support channel in order to create a ticket to the devs team and they can investigate and fix the issue as soon as possible.

I have done as requested but I have an issue. I submit a ticket but I get no email confirming the ticket not can I find any way to pull up my ticket from that system. Being a cynic I am in the trust but verify camp.

Please advise.

BTW, i now have 2 chests I can not open.
