So i got this email from Sebastian:
Issue is there is nothing in my inventory even when i logged out then back in still Nothing apart from the items I mined today
@Luxendra @Shadow_Fox anyway to get intouch with Sebastion and advise No items have been given to me and Clarify that on Live chat 1 and 2 and 3 i clearly mentioned I wanted the Crates back or my resources ?
Didn’t know Lost Ark had Smelting Crates lol.
yeah i noticed that as well live chat guys get confused it seems alot
Maybe they tried to send those supplies to the wrong game lol

After the step above:
- Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.
If you still have the issue after this troubleshoot, please reply back the email you got from the customer service agent and explain the situation to him.
