Smelting crates doesnt open

Bug: all the crates packages that I get beyond level 200 doesnt open. they are in my inventory but every attempt to open it is without effect.
Each next crates packages and so on when i level up my smelt expertise i have the same result.

maybe the first time i had tried to open it near the smelting point and the interface did a strange block. it’s only a clue.

[Notice] Investigating Smelting Crate Issue

We are currently investigating reports that Tier 3 Smelt Creates are not granting items. We are turning off crates until we fully understand the issue, you will be able to continue earning crates but you will not be able to open them. If anyone lost a smelting reward as a result of this issue we will make sure that is corrected. Thank you for your patience, we will provide updated information as it becomes available.
