ALL my smelting gear has disappeared! I’ve tried logging in and out… still not there… Has anyone else experienced this? The 5 piece set took me so long to get!!! 
I lost an entire Weaver’s set a few months back. I sent in a ticket with log files. That was zero help. I end up farming it all again.
Lost pieces from the fishing quest the exact same way. I reported the loss; never heard a thing.
