Snaggletooth respawn bugged

I have spoken to a few other players who turn up and they are all saying the same thing. Convinced this is bugged.

the camps prevent the respawn

Damn its not even my camp. I did think this might be a problem though

Hi. Today i returned again to cavern and didn’t find the camp but Snaggletooth has not respawned after waiting about 20min

when i tried do same quest in another server - Snaggletooth respawn time was about 6 min

In different server I also have tried placing camp in Snaggletooth’s spawn place and it did spawn like usual so camp is not the issue
