We’ve had the price of the battle pass, we’ve had the cost of marks go up. But we still haven’t received any word (and you can’t purchase them on PTR) about the price of gear slots.
Any chance of letting us know before release the cost?

This is a total guess but going by other games that sell equipment slots I would say between $2-6 each. AGS might add a slot or two through prime gaming/ twitch drops though.

It’s doesn’t match like for like but a character slot on Lost Ark is like 9 bucks (about 6 squid for you British folk). But then just to take the frustration out of refining gear that would be 9X5 = 45 bucks (30 squid).
But regardless, at this point with like two weeks to go, why keep the price secret. We already know the battle pass price. It’s unlikely it’s going to change at this point so why not just drop that bomb?

Gear slots should be locked behind story progression or possible random reward from activities. A QoL should never be locked behind a paywall. This sets up a bad precedent we’ve seen over and over again in the last decade…yes I’m looking at you gamigo…

Yeah they’re big secret keepers
There has been almost ZERO communication about gear slots from the beginning. The only thing I have heard outside of just how they work how many we will get for free is from a datamine. According to that there is a limit of 10 gear slots. When are we going to get more info from AGS on this much requested QOL system.
1 Week to go and still no details on gear storage cost!
