So i tried to farm while flagged

Ok, I get it now.
No, the irony is people think AGS listens to things posted here in the first place.

AGS only changes things they want to change anyway.
If it adds up with the feedback on forums…good.
They can post: “Well we listened to…blablalba” and make you think they listen to people who have no idea about video game development.
The usual gamer is the worst feedback you can listen to.
AGS is way too smart to not know that.

You need to be either sleeping/ high or just bellow 13 yo in order to miss that this thread is a satire…

I choose to bellow 13:

“THIRTEEN!”

Oh well all is good then m8:)

I think you would be a great addition to the conversation that is going on in this thread.

100%

this is why most PVP games have red name systems good players earn bounties on the bad player and bad players who like to be toxic can but they have to accept penalties of doing so EG not being able to enter towns due to guard NPC has the correct rewards for both side I earn hunting or PVP stuff u earn your PvE glory im the white knight bonus of blue name to show “hero” status and a bonus to azoth collection rate or something that what works use it IMO

Sounds like that it is you who sucks tbh, been playing flagged since day 1 and had no problem.

I would check the solution of this thread if I were you.

I’m trying to decide if it is only inexperienced people that are missing the point…

If you go on to a football field and tell them not to tackle you it won’t work. By putting on the uniform and getting on the field you have given up the option to not be tackled.

Almost all games and sports work this way. You cannot play Counterstrike and not expect to get shot – regularly. You can’t sit down to a chess table and tell the person across from you that you are going to use the rules for checkers. You cannot show up to a soccer match with a baseball bat and expect to be allowed to use it.

Games, like languages, have boundaries. Without those boundaries they simply don’t work.

But it’s the game that has the boundaries and by agreeing to play the game you are agreeing to the game’s boundaries not your own.

Tell me you’re a trash can w/o telling me you’re a trash can “Then I got out and got instantly murdered by 2 level 30s.”

Was this a reply to me? If so I’m a bit confused by it. I can be taught! But I’m a bit slow.

I can see the point you are trying to make here and it can be a good one. I think though you’ve missed something… I’m sure once you see it you’ll understand immediately.

People can like things and not be bad at them. I’ve known people with remarkable talent in an area that they never pursue simply because they don’t like it.

I PvP’d a lot in other games. Frankly I was never very good at it. At the time I had a blast. I always wanted to win. Always wanted to improve my kill ratio. There were small incremental changes, but never anything to put me in the top 20 or 39 even.

Undoubtedly you can see the connection. Whether a person is good or bad at something doesn’t determine enjoyment.

Some people simply won’t like PvP.

And people get to like things.

Ye I wouldn’t be so sure about that

Perhaps, perhaps not. Either way I do give people the benefit of the doubt. Often I do this for quite some time.

I have my own boundaies (we get to like things). There are a few trip wires that let me know when to withdraw from the conversation or debate.

“It is a study on the quality of people posting in these forums.” you are just shitposting and thinking you are funny, dont try to make this look like its for a good cause

I’m doing it during my desk job in the hours from morning to noon just to kill some time while I’m waiting for things.

I know exactly what I’m doing. When I am at home I only play the fucking game and live my life.

I wouldnt waste a second in here…

but you still cant accept the game is PvE with some pvp.

You can tldr to the last paragraph.

You’re injecting opinion and stating it as fact.

Nobody from AGS ever said it’s a PvE game with some PvP elements. Literally ever.

It’s described as a game with both elements, and their goal is voiced as getting both elements to work in harmony.

Players who consider themselves PvE’ers will always say what you said.

Players who consider themselves PvP’ers will always argue whenever you say it.

Get off the merry-go-round homie.

You didn’t mark your sarcasm. Assuming other people know your tone is the issue.
