Definitely going to get all of my stuff leveled before merges. This is the one upside to being on a smaller server. I bet that it’s impossible to farm Ori on a populated server with flag on.
I’m stating my opinion from what I see. I don’t go by what a company says about a product in order to sell it. The actual game play tells the story. Majority of the game is PvE with PvP being secondary. Hence all the QQing for more pvp content. They could have added large amount of pvp content, but it is not there.(Ex of pvp content: arena, various battle grounds, level ladders for current pvp content) Instead they put in a horrible bonus system to coerce people to flag if they want to compete on the market.
Side note, I am a PvXer, as I do both when its worth doing.

if you are double the level of 2 other yes levels should matter
it simple if someone asks you to leave them alone, you should respect that period. done talking about this if you don’t agree that’s fine, but just know people don’t respect others wish like that are the problem with this game and all pvp open world games

I want to make sure I understand. If I am flagged for PvP (Player vs. Player) and I see another person also flagged for PvP (Player vs. Player) of the enemy faction, but that person messages me “Leave me alone” I should not attack them?
What if they are harvesting the same route I am?
What if they are near a fort controlled by my faction?

no you can attack them, but you shouldnt harass them, meaning attack them over and over and over again to the point where they ask you to leave them alone cause it clear you out skill them and out gear them.

Okay I agree with this unless its a farming route or near fort. Hunting someone down over and over for no reason I can agree is not fun. Now if I kill you, and you come back to the farming route, or near the fort again, I feel then its about sending a message.

If you don’t like that NW decided to scale stats so lower level players can participate more effectively in PvP… well… bummer dude, that ship has sailed.
You were outnumbered. And, by the sounds of it, you don’t PvP. Which means… don’t take this the wrong way… but it means you probably suck at it. Thus, your story checks out. You took a risk by flagging, stumbled upon a couple of blood thirsty pirates, mashed a bunch of buttons in your T3 miner gear until your HP was equal to or less than zero.
It was a good story. But PvP doesn’t suck. PvP is working. And, think of this. You had no fun, but those two had A LOT of fun. So it’s a net positive.

They can fight back, and are flagged to do so. So its not that I am picking on someone weaker, its that they keep coming back.
and what if they did try to fight back and you still whooped them… over and over again… being flag doesn’t mean you consent to harassment or bullying, and they could be coming back because they want to farm and that the spot they like…
If I whooped them over and over, why are they coming back to me? Actually in that scenario they would be the ones harassing and bulling me by wasting my time.
So I agree with your statement. Just because you are flagged does not mean you should harass and bully others. if you get whooped, take your beating and move on elsewhere, do not keep coming back like an annoying fly over and over getting swatted.
