so after waiting nearly 6 hours with live chat support I have found out some very interesting information.

First I would like you all to know we don’t have game masters at all on any server???
umm Amazon is running a massive MMO with no GMs at all ??? WTF is that shit…

ok so that’s out of the way I would like to share with yall a major problem that the City of Brass and many other servers are having. I am currently part of the green faction and not able to declare wars at all… with that be said and owning a territory of Winds Ward on our server all we can do is defend not that i care because our other factions cant do anything with a out a zerg…

So this basically mean the other factions have free rain to do what ever they want and take what ever they want ( possibly if they could win the war) and well a the green faction on our server we can only defend we cant branch out we cant declare wars. and guess what we got the usual amazon response we are aware sorry man nothing we can do.

I don’t think GMs are used really anymore. I know WoW doesn’t really use them anymore. See my comment below.

GMs are Game Masters like WoW used to have where they actually have characters that can appear in game and talk to you there. I don’t think they really use them anymore though or at all because WoW support now is pretty much handled via opening a ticket and them replying to the ticket. I know I have had maybe like 3 or 4 tickets in the past 4 or 5 years and never got an in-game whisper from a GM like we used to.

SWTOR doesn’t have GM’s. Just standard in game chat support. FFXIV does have GM’s though. Plenty of videos on youtube of players getting pulled into jail by GM’s.
