Not just people that lost their gear got affected some people ended up crafting lots of stuff while the bug was going on because there was no announcement that indicated that bug was there cause if you go to craft it shows normal gear score which is 595/600 and yeah people lost lots of stuff that they have been saving to craft certain things after patch including me i ended up saving scarabs/lots of materials and lots of grand runes of holding to craft perfect bags for myself after the update and after i crafted 26+ bags what do i get i get punished for crafting and not rewarded at all cause for whatever reason the buff or trophy or whatever wasnt working as intended over a gold cap in sink for what?

then you should be compensated too sure, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t cuz you didnt. our gear isnt even coming back.
So now you want to be in control of how much compensation people get when they experience a bug. What is wrong with you self entitled nut jobs.

i mean how do I explain to you that this is not the first mmo that has ever existed, this is not the first time a company tries to compensate with rewards. And how do i explain to you that seeing all these previous examples it is not difficult to understand if a compensation is exaggarated or not
like why do you think I have to spend this energy in making you see this cause you’ve never experienced smth like this before
They recently switched the prices (about a month ago) to be in line with the US exchange rate. UK prices were delicious before the switch, but now they are equal to US prices.
dude we have an undisclosed amount of time until our gear comes back. we are all in the dark, worried about our stuff and bummed out big time we cant effectively play the game. 1 skin bundle or the battle pass and a skin is the least we deserve.

That sucks… for sure… still not worth 2 season premium passes… thats not what you missed out on… you missed a week then… so a week of pass xp boosters + some little extra for your patience…
Mind you… i do not care that much… i can live with it :-)… but in my opinion… this is just an over the top compenstion…

each season lasts 3 months. 90 days. you have gained 180 days of content purchase for free because you cant play for MAX 5-6 days
we dont get 2 season passes dude, we get the RL money to buy it sure but we still have to do it and we dont get 2x rewards. people are gonna get the pass and a skin. seriously how can you be upset about this when we literally cannot play the game for an undisclosed amount of time?
how about we settle on 1 battle pass cost, aka 20k marks compensation instead of 50 ? 
that makes sense since you’re missing out on 1 pass season right?
im not getting the pass. i still have to work for that. im not getting my gear back at any disclosed date either. no. 50k is reasonable. and id rather have my gear right now than any of it.

Nope… i would give my marks to someone who couldnt pay for the premium pass… i dont care…
But that still makes 50k marks a over the top compensation :-)…
if you get it and you are happy… its all ok… its not that i dont want you to have it…
But if it was you not losing gear and saw ppl get 50k compensation… you would have said the same… way to much ;-)… which it is ofc…

I completely agree, the things that the ill-calculated actions of AGS makes us do
There is nothing unfair about this. Its just an in-game currency in a video game. Also the amount of players who this applies to is probably very small.
