Crafted should not be bind on pick up
What is your reasoning for this ?
What is the point in being a crafter if I can’t craft this for my friends or to sell?

Every MMO has BOP crafted stuff or all your “friends” would have legends.
Which is fine. No issue with that. But it should SAY that it is BoP on the forge BEFORE you craft it.
it actually does when you hover over the item there before you craft it.

The spear is one of the best alternative weapons for tanks for solo mobs (and pvp) … that are actually stunnable, not stunnable actually, but that you can “put down on the ground”, sorry I don’t know the word in English for that. Players can always be “put down on the ground”.
Because you have two spells that actually do that, and contrary to a normal stun, which is removed instantaneously once you attack the mob, they need to do the whole animation to get up again and attack again, so if you do your both spells correctly, it gives you a huge amounts of seconds where they can’t do anything and it’s free DPS on them.
That said, most bosses are not “put down on the ground” so there is that.
It does say it if you hover the item before you craft it tho… You just didn’t pay attention.
They caught me off guard once too before… so now I always double check, but quasi all of the legendary weapons or simulacrum armors are BoP. Crafting is a waste in this game… because once you are able to craft very good weapons or armor… You can’t sell them. What a joke.

I always tanked with a spear. Vault Kick is a taunt, spear is great cc. Nothing wrong with spear for a tank. You don’t use skewer though in a tank build, so that sucks.
What gem / stats do you use? I use cons 300 str 100 atm
The recipes DO say bind on pickup when youre in the crafting menu. What? lol

spear is 100% tanking weapon.

Seems to me that the “game” or dev’s have nothing to do with your choice or you not paying attention to the craft saying CLEARLY Bindd On Pickup!
I don’t play all MMOs I play this new one and wanted to get the reasoning behind why it is Bind on Pick-up as a crafted item as seems to go against the reason to craft.
The fact that others do this is not a reason

This is absolutely accurate. However, you are aware the item is BOP when you begin crafting, not after it’s made.
That’s the complaint here, I imagine.
