Is there anything? Currently I’m running around Shattered solo running chest…It’s not a fun gameplay loop but what else is there for a solo player?
I think you choose the wrong game. This is an MMO, not a single player
mmo means that multiple people play the game, it doesn’t mean you have to play with them mandatorily

I mean basically the entire content from 1-60 is solo because you can’t even share quests. All of a sudden they drown you in elite zones you need others to play with. It’s just another inherent design flaw of this game.

Is like real life, if you can enjoy whatever alone, you can enjoy with people.
In the solo adventure case, I think essentially you will always need help from people, especially inside dungeons like Amrine, Starstone, etc. Even if you want to run a solo, you can always join a Company and ask for help there.
MMO usually requires you to collaborate, but not necessarily all the time.
This is always the standard response from the majority of people when solo play in an MMO is ever bought up and quite frankly it’s ridiculous every single MMO should have a fun solo gameplay loop or multiple. Solo players in MMOs make up usually quite a big chunk of the population, sure we can get involved in some dungeons and we can get involved in PVP but primarily we run around solo as Ruben said just because it is an MMO doesn’t mean and shouldn’t mean you are ALWAYS running around with friends in groups.
Usually, gathering/crafting is solo content but a lot of the high-level mats in this game are located around elite zones making even this aspect of the game irritating, not only do I have to deal with these crappy zones to increase my gearscore by either following zerg groups around opening chests but I have to do exactly the same thing to to gather those mats as well. This game has absolutely nothing to offer unless you are willing to run around elite zones in groups of 10+ getting body blocked. Really really fun gameplay loop.
Then run solo, but expect it to be too hard.
I do and it’s trash, just like it is running in a group. What else is there to do? the devs clearly never played the game if they thought this was a fun end game play loop.
Btw it’s not hard…It’s not fun either. You just a run around the mobs jump on high ground that glitches out the mobs causing them to stand in the same spot for long enough to loot the chests.
Yeah that’s not fun, fight them instead.

You go out your way to make the game not fun by kiting the mobs until they are stuck, then complain about the game not being fun. Bruh what?!
