Back after a long time to have a look, and this is far and away one of the best qualify of life changes (in addition to being able to move stuff around all settlement storage for free, which makes cooking and alchemy town board missions doable).
I still feel that making a soloable version of the Expeditions is still the best way, but quest alternatives to group content is an acceptable second choice.
I have been a fierce critic in the past, but thanks are definitely in order here for this quality of life change that lets story questers play on basically any server no matter the population.
