Prices might be low on your server. they’re hyper inflated on ours! What’s ori ore going for on your server?
they’re buying out the items they have a lock on, and then relisting and hyper inflating the market. People can’t afford shit and moreso can’t turn on profit on anything even if they were able to farm specific items.
I’m glad everything is peachy in attytewd’s world. But players who actually want to enjoy the game, are getting screwed over. you’re condoning LITERAL cheating. So your opinion literally doesn’t mean SHIT.
On Belovyde we’ve got a whole slew of bots. There’s five running around Windsward (fixed Windhelm…got Skyrim Brain) alone; a lumber gather, a skin gather, a boulder smasher, a harvester, and one guy fishing who does a little jig every 10 minutes I guess to keep himself from getting AFK-kicked. I’ve reported them several times but I’ve also heard of people getting banned for over-reporting so now I’m just dealing with it. This crew all seems around the same level so I’m thinking it’s the same group with multiple accounts. A few days ago they were level 12, and now they’re all in the 40s yet still wearing basic cloths with wood swords at the hip.
This is my point. Nothing is being done about these bots at all. The fact that we’ve been reporting a mote bot in WW for the past month and he’s still there honestly leads me to believe that amazon is just running the bots themselves so they can sell the gold and make money.
I can’t find any other reason as to why nothing has been done and they’re letting servers goto shit.
they could do captcha system u have to put in letters evry 10min orso i think thats the only way banning bots simply doesnt work they will always come back the next day
The gump would only flag if you’ve been reported x amount of times. and if you weren’t a bot. HOW easy would it be to click a button to answer the question.

It’s literally this easy. After 3 failures. Perma or 30 day ban or some shit.
i used to play a game that had like ALOT of farm bots after captcha system was added legit never saw a bot again 20sec to fill in captcha or auto kick from the game
Ori isnt high because of bots, you dont even know why youre complaining i guess lol. Also ori prices should be high because you need them for asmo which is the most valuable material in the game. Are you going to complain because asmo prices are 500+ too?
They used to do this on an ultima online server I played on. Immediately resolved the issues, prices balanced back to healthy points, everyone was making money, and this was on a game that had NPC’s still!
AFK script will solve all the issues. It’s quick, will only affect players who have been reported, and makes everyone happy.
If its still an issue or there’s work arounds, then start doing IP bans, work on adding repetitive coordinates etc. Plenty of options but SOMETHING should be started.
I’ve been playing since day one, have over 1000 hours, and have still be fighting this and looking forward to a solution. It will affect quite a bit of players gameplay regardless of level. Imagine a new player trying to get ori veins on my server? They’ll give up! Then since they didn’t get to gain xp like most of us did, will start something else and realize it’s an impossible grind.
While I’m bitching here, I’m still having things I can do, to keep busy and enjoy myself. There’s plenty to do, but this is a BIG problem and needs to be beaten to death until fixed.
In 5 mins were I was waiting to farm a small area of trees, I had 3 bots run to the empty nodes an run off. Two of them killed level 50 gators with ease so they can combat mobs no problem. 3 Bots in 5 mins , I just logged out for day.
My world was merged with 5 other dead servers so Imagine 6 servers full of bots put into 1. That’s what server merges did.
ya i dont even farm around everfall anymore on me server 2 bots have been collecting the nodes their for weeks still not banned and they legit farm it 24/7
Well, I’m suggesting that you if you don’t have anything of substance to offer, rather than change the subject, or make a jab at what I choose to do with my time. Simply don’t comment.
Once is a person posting about something they want to contribute to, in an effort to hopefully make better or push for support on the subject.
