Sometimes holding self-heal doesn't always work

Does this happen to anyone else?

If im holding the self-heal button and then try to do a heal, sometimes it doesn’t always function as if im holding the self-heal button.

Also I made my self heal button ALT and the heal is F. and on my mouse button 4, i programmed it to be ALT+F and when i use it on my mouse it doesn’t self heal…

suggestions?

Also, while im at it… i unbinded block from RBM (accident) and now i can’t re-bind it… itss giving me an error.
