Describe the issue you are experiencing: The level 75 music buff “song in your step” does not give the buff described in patch notes/release news post. Rather than reducing your encumbrance (or increasing max encumbrance) by a max of 1000, it only increases max encumbrance by up to 100. This is a ridiculously weak buff for how much of a grind it is to unlock, and not what was promised.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Makes me feel like I wasted the numerous hours of grinding to level 75 music, and makes me very hesitant to keep grinding to the last two buffs knowing that when I unlock them, they may be similarly weak relative to what was promised.
