from what I heard, it was supposed to drop during this event from some winter creature but it doesnt seem to be the case.

I don’t know if you have seen the Soundtrack of New World. They hint there some songs locations. At the “Sound of Bells” part they hint a Cathedral at Cutlass Keys. Here is the video

This could mean 3 things: It’s at Cutlass Keys, it is at a Cathedral or it’s a reward from faction quests.

it’s just a random location. They put heartgem’s burden in tempest and it drops near Amrine.
It could possibly be. I just want confirmation from devs or someone who’s actually found it before I spend hours farming random spots for something that isn’t in the game
