Alrighty I enjoy brimstone sands and I do commend you guys for being able to release such a cool map expansion for free. However I want to spear and shield like the movie 300. There are already some enemies in the game and the model for the towering shield and the spear already exist. Pls

IMO, spear, hatchet, pistol, dagger, 1h mace, and short sword would all be able to be equipped with a shield, (or in the case of daggers, hatchets and sword, dual wield) dropping the right* side of their tree with the shield tree (or in dual wielding, a new tree for that).
Not ganna go into a huge tangent on mechanics and stats of items going to their half values to make it work, but we already see many enemies with a shield + 1h weapon (or spear). Wouldn’t be a stretch to see the current and future weapons in another weapon pass to allow this to happen.
