So I claimed the Special Summer Stash twitch drop back in July and only came back to New World a few weeks ago, and still haven’t received this drop.
I’ve made 4 tickets about this and explained the problem in great detail and have got the following messages from support:
- From 1st ticket, 13. september 2022
“1- Start with this page: Twitch Drops | New World - Open World MMO PC Game
2- Link Twitch: Make sure the Twitch account is linked.
3- Link Steam: Log out of Steam first, log back in and connect it to Twitch
4- Once both are linked the third selection will show. Then click “Activate”.
5- Log in to New World > Find an item you want to use the skin on > Click on the item > Select Skin > Choose the Skin you want. This should show your skins in-game if they were claimed properly.”
- From 2nd ticket, 14. September 2022
“If you are able to see the drops in the inventory it will be automatically added to your account. If you are unable to see the drops then we wont receive the drops.”
- From 3rd and 4th ticket, don’t remember 3rd ticket date, and 4th 1. October 2022
I have not received any support for the latest two tickets I’ve made about this problem.
As explained 4 times in my tickets so far. Yes I have correctly claimed the drop and yes I have correctly linked my twitch and steam account, but still haven’t received the drops.
Got every drop so far but this one seems to bug out, like another player experienced back on the 4th of august.
I was therefore wondering when I could expect to receive it since it’s been over 2 months since it was claimed.
