Can we please address this? Can’t change gear or make some adjustments because “I’m still in combat”

Bump.
The 15 seconds is too short for a Respec.
Respec after death would be nice.
Entire minute is too long before match start.
Once all 3 players on each side are available, turn the timer to 30 seconds. If one leaves, add 30 seconds so the wait is either 30 seconds or equal to current 1 minute.
15 seconds between rounds goes so fast that I tried to spec and got caught with my pants down right before, “locking in,” mastery tree.
This did not include a stat Respec, only mastery tree.
