- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: This requires the use of a bag in the bag slot, without a bag the bug/exploit cannot be reproduced. With at least one bag, go overweight by just under one pound, the player will then begin to stutter step and slide at great speed along the ground. Animation from the player perspective is stuttering while moving very fast. Removing all bags will prevent this completely. I have two bags both have perks, the bug can be performed with one or two bags. This cannot be performed with the quest bag. Also, going over more than the one pound will prevent the bug/exploit for movement. This issue began when I used my first CRAFTED bag. I am not sure if another persons crafted bag would do the same thing.
