Describe the issue you are experiencing: While casting spells, if you take a critical hit or stun hit, it will consume your spell but not cast, this happens at the exact time you are hit.

Thanks for your attention, most of the time it is casting something that requires an animation like sacred ground. VG blade also has trouble casting during close combat, fast spell casting. If you notice, when you cast VG blade and you are running, it makes you walk for a few seconds, this attests to the extra functionality that is happening during the cast which may be giving some time to take a hit and consume the spell but not cast.
Especially sacred group but happens for any skill that has a animation before cast but doest have a cast time. For example sacred ground is placed at the end of the animation same as oblivion from vg
On the other hand melee attack skills or skills that does the damage/effect while the animation is done starts along with the animation is usually fine also skills which have grot is also fine.
Skills like say divine embrace has cast time so its usually fine but ADDING CAST TIME TO SACRED GROUND IS A BAD IDEA PLS DONT DO THIS
Something which makes sure the sacred ground is placed should be done
