Splitting Grenade Burn doesn't apply correctly

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  The Passive “Incendiery Bursts” from the Ability “Splitting Grenade” does not apply any Burn Damage-Over-Time effects in OPR and in some other scenarios. Might be potentially connected to elemental gems slotted in the Blunderbuss, but can’t confirm at this point.

• Is this a bug or an exploit:
  Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  Using the Abiliy “Splitting Grenade” is pretty much pointless to use for Outpost Rush and a lot of other scenarios

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
  No. The Ability seems to be consistently disfunctional.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  Use the Ability “Splitting Grenade” with the “Incendiery Bursts” - Upgrade, hit other players and see regular damage numbers pop up, but realize there are no Burn-stacks being applied.
