Describe the issue you are experiencing: There is a stacked spawn of ghosts inside Rackham’s Hollow in Reekwater. It looks like 1 ghost, but when they are agitated there are between 6-8 stacked on top of one another, resulting in instant death.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Simply walk into the cave to do the quest, and you will be attacked by the mass of ghosts.
