Does each stack of Mortal Empowerment count towards the number of buff’s from invigorated Punishment perk?
If not, I believe it would be a fair counter perk to someone who is running around with 15 stacks of Mortal Empowerment. You would at least deal 16% more damage to them, while they can deal 30% to you.
Thoughts?
Mortal Empowerment should not exist. It creates a style of game play that is anti-objective.
Unfortunately no, as it is numerous of the same buff it only counts as one. Same thing goes for if a team has 2 cp3s in opr, it would only count as one buff even though in effect they have 2 lots of 3 times battle buff it only counts as one type of buff so 2 percent dmg.
Ironically if a team has one cp2 and one cp1 them it counts as 2 different buffs.
Mortal empowerment should also be capped at 15 percent IMO.
