In the latest open beta, stamina regen was changed so that if you were at 0 stamina, it would take way more to refill the bar than if you had some stamina left, you would also move slower in the meanwhile. This change was actually good for a slightly more skill based pvp combat, since it was way more punishing to be in exhausted state and forced players to be more careful on randomly spam dodges.
In release, going from 0 to 100 or x to 100 stamina seem to have exactly the same speed, undoing the above change.
Is it meant to be like this or is it a bug? I can’t seem to find any official info about it (it’s not in the patch notes, nor in the known bugs)
