It’s an MMO with range weapons. Even had advertisements showing musket and bow.
It’s all good though, if you didn’t like BowPR, you for sure wont like it post musket nerf.

Doesn’t mean it needed the fire staff and bow treatment. It’s been turned into a meme weapon now.

I’ve played musket in every single meta. It wasn’t broken against good players until mortal empowerment came out.
If you had trouble surviving against a musket pre-mortal empowerment, you are admitting you basically don’t know how to pvp and at that point it’s a skill issue - not a balance issue.
AGAIN - nerf ME, nerf damage, keep accuracy. Simple as that. Iterate after 2 weeks and nerf again as needed.
Musket was broken long before Mortal Empowerment.
It still 2-3 shot players. It was still the top of the leaderboard on kills. And it was still shooting people from 100m away without any sort of counterplay from the person being shot.
Leaderboards weren’t out pre ME. Please only use facts here thank you

So what you are saying is to reduce the range and fire rate. I’m fine with that. But that’s not what’s on PTR lol.
This is what did lead you all musket player here were you are. Congratulations! 
If patch goes through as planned, I’ll check back with you to see how you feel about bows. There is a reason multiple bow groups are slotted in war and only 2-3 muskets. If you think musket is pain, wait until bow meta returns. =]
