Still cannot place any item in an empty house!

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  Bought a house 2 weeks ago and i couldnt place any furniture. I thought its cause of the disabled housing system so i just used it as fast travel help. Today after the patch i hoped i can finally place some storage chests inside and trophies… Yet i cant.
  Further down is a screenshot. Appearently i have “Decorations Placed 0/0”, so i have no space in an completly empty house?
  It also says “Cannot place, too many items of this type” while this house is completly empty without any furniture placed.
  I have the same issue with my House in Ebonscale Reach.
  Meanwhile my house in First Light is working fine.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cant use the full potential of housing e.g. Trophies and bonus Storage space while still paying taxes…
