Still cant add friends after transfer, followed all steps from support and now no answer?

Cant add friends after transfer

Hi! I transfered to midgard same day it was made possible, and ever since I cant add friends. I get the popup but hitting F1 does nothing. Searching up their toon and clicking add friend doesnt do anything. Now it’s stuck at “accept” and “reject” friend invite but when clicking any of them the friend menu just closes down. Server: midgard Name: Schmelge Reproduceable: everytime Steps: try adding friend, try accepting and rejecting friend invite.

Can someone from support please check my files so I can start adding my friends now… The support representative that gave me the steps to follow hasnt been active for over a week so I need someone else to help me fix this.
