Kinda sorta but not really. I’ve had this issue for a while now. I’ve verified files many of times, unistalled/reinstalled NW (Even after the latest prime drop of the dragon hoard which I still do not have either). I thank you for reaching out but I’ll see where and if this leads to my solution via support team but the support team site/workers, lacks transparency and communication most times, most (not all)
I understand and I really recommend you that in this case since you had contact support team before, please reach out them again and please ask for an update about your case in order to know what happen since here in the forum we have share with you the troubleshooting steps and none of them works for you and you still have the same problem with the Prime loot.
Give them all the information needed and with details so they can investigate quickly this issue,
I will say this, I was able to get ahold of the support team and after some back and forth (5 total emails, 3 of which were auto-replies) BUT they did come through, I was able to claim said Prime loot chests and now have them in my possession. So, I thank @Centeotl and ofc you @Kagami for answering my post and helping me obtain my chests. Thank you both
